Hi there, I’m Kerstin.
I am deeply passionate about helping kids and families to reduce stress and anxiety and regulate their emotions by teaching them tools to self-regulate and to tap into their own inner strength and wisdom anytime they need to.
I have been teaching and sharing these powerful tools with children in the classroom at schools and outside of school as well as with my own children and family at home over the last 5 years.
My desire is to empower kids to tap into their own inner strength and wisdom with easy-to-use exercises that are accessible to everybody
This short course is designed to teach children simple tools that can help them navigate through the day and through the challenges they may face.
These are tools that I wish I had growing up and that still help me today.
Stress and anxiety are on the rise for kids from a very young age, and can lead overwhelm, frustration & anger, difficulty to focus, low self-esteem, poor sleep and unwanted and or unhealthy habits.
Yoga tools such as breathing, and movement are simple, yet powerful and can help kids to release stress and combat anxiety and can be learned easily by kids at any age.
