This Mother’s Day, you’re invited to receive.

Mother’s Day Deep Rest is an afternoon of movement, stillness and care – a space to slow down, soften and come back to yourself.

Whether you're a mum, a carer, or someone who holds space for others in your life – this time is for you.

This is your invitation to pause. To receive. To rest.
We can’t pour from an empty cup – but we can refill it, gently, together.

Gentle Movement – soft, grounding yoga to release tension and reconnect with your body


Restorative Yoga – supported, nourishing poses designed to restore the body and soothe the nervous system

Yoga Nidra – a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating guided practice that taps into deeper layers of our minds and bodies.


Refreshments – If you have a little extra time, stay for some light snacks and a chat afterward.

*Everything is offered at a slow, spacious pace – with no experience needed. You’ll be held in a calm, welcoming environment where you can simply be.
